We are proud of the best quality products we send out, but under special circumstances we have exchanged products that may have been defective or damaged while shipping. If a product arrives at your door step, broken or in an unusable condition, we will first replace the product free of charge. If we are unable to exchange the product due to high demand, we will offer a refund.
When you place an order, you will be asked to confirm certain details like the item’s size, design, model and spelling. Failure to provide accurate information does not quality for exchange or returns. Hence, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes and model.

Exchange or Refund?
Items that go through our store after payment are finalized and are eligible for exchange only when the product arrives at your doorstep in a condition damaged, broken, defective and not usable. Jewellery, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Products being returned for a refund must be intact, unused and should be sent back in the original packaging.

How do I claim a refund or exchange?
To opt for a refund or exchange contact support@myALSY.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. It is important you contact us first and decide to return the damaged product. Items received for exchange is inspected to assess if it’s qualified for return. Merchandise that does not meet the criteria and does not qualify for return cannot be exchanged and refund cannot be initiated.
Am I responsible for Shipping Costs?

When do I receive my refund or exchange?
A full refund will be issued once the product is inspected by our team and it should be meet the qualifications to be refunded or exchanged. This usually can take up to 7 business days.
